Pre School!

Bright Sparks is a pre school and not a nursery .

This means we have a high ratio of staff to children, which enables us to deliver a high standard of care for our children. Our ratios are 1 adult to 4 children for 2-3 year olds and 1 adult to 8 children for 3-4 year olds. We offer good quality experiences for children aged 2 to the start of school at 4 years old. Bright Sparks Pre-School is a committee run Pre-School and we are a registered charity non-profit making organisation.

Provide a happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop freely.

Help children to develop responsibility for themselves and their actions, to become competent, confident, independent and co-operative individuals.

Encourage children to have a positive attitude and respect for both themselves and other people.

Promote a positive relationship with parents/carers and work in partnership with them to provide high quality play and care for their children.

Offer inclusive services that are accessible to all children in the community.

Undergo regular monitoring and evaluation of our services to ensure that our pre-school continues to meet the needs of children and their parents/carers.

Session Hours and Fees

Our Session hours are 8.45am – 11.45 am & 12.15pm – 3.15pm or 8.45am-3.15pm. Fees are £20 per half session or £43 for a full day. We also run a session of 9.00am – 3.00pm for £40. Lunch cover is £3.

Breakfast and After School Club

We offer before and after school care, our breakfast club starts at 7.30am and our after school club runs from 3.15pm until 6pm.

For Breakfast Club, prices are £7 from 7:30am and £5 from 8:00am. For After School Club, prices are £7.50 until 4:30pm and £13 until 6:00pm.
