Bright Sparks Pre School provision is good
Parents are very happy with the pre school. They value the regular updates and photos they receive, feel their children are safe and happy, and appreciate the extra support staff give families when it is needed.
The manager has built an open-door culture where staff and parents feel comfortable raising any concerns. Staff receive regular training and speak highly of the support they get.
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive excellent support. Staff work with other professionals to put tailored plans in place, and parents are kept well informed about their child's progress.
Children are kind and respectful towards each other. Staff support their wellbeing and help them understand what is expected of them.
Children are confident and independent. They enjoy a welcoming, well-resourced environment with varied activities that help prepare them well for school.
